Regardless of nationality you are more than welcome to be married in Australia.
Obviously, the marriage must comply with the Marriage Act, 1961. You are able to lodge your NOIM with me by mail and all arrangements can be made by email, phone or Skype until we meet in Sydney before the wedding.A marriage in Australia will be recognised in all other countries.
It is important to remember that there can only be one legal marriage, any further ceremonies have to be re-affirmation ceremonies.
